Rental Agreement
There will be an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement in place, commencing September 2023 for a 12-month period for all room types including; studio, twodio, one-bedroom and cluster apartments.
A non-refundable holding deposit will be required which is equal to one week’s rent to secure any of the available apartments. Once the tenancy is set up, the holding deposit will become the tenant’s damage deposit, so that no additional deposit payment is required.
Rent is payable monthly.
Heart
The UCW Higher Education Academic Registry Team (HEART) provides a friendly and helpful accommodation service, and can help you with an application for accommodation. HEART are also there throughout the year for any accommodation related problems, and aim to make moving and living away from home as stress free as possible.
